Recently, we have experienced some challenges due to labor issues in all departments. Not only are we faced with the challenge of being short staffed, but we are also having to work around delayed vessels and air can arrivals. As a result, the following changes will be implemented on June 1, 2022
**NEW HOURS OF OPERATION (Office and Will Call Hours)
Office hours and customer service availability
-Monday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday 5:00am – 2pm
-Tuesday & Thursday 5:00am – 12noon
Afternoon/Evening Staff (Reachable by email only at firstname.lastname@example.org)
Will Call Order(s)
-Monday-Saturday 5:00am – 12noon
-Call 1 hour before picking up and 15 minutes prior to closing.
-It is highly recommended to call the office to ensure your order is processed in a timely fashion.
**NEW CUT-OFF TIMES FOR ORDERS & SAME DAY DELIVERY
Cut off times (online, mobile app, fax, or call) will be moved to 6p for the next available delivery day.
-Delivery days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Requests for same day delivery should be called in to the office at 808-837-3338 no later than 5:00am.
-Late requests will result in a Will Call pick up or set for next day delivery.
With these changes, we are hopeful it will help our drivers to arrive to your establishment in a safe and timely manner. However, do note there may be days when deliveries may arrive late. Advanced notice will be sent to advise of any delays IF/WHEN possible and up to the morning of.
